You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

My bike was damaged in shipping. Not only did I get a replacement bike, but they sent a maintenence man 100 miles to put it together for me. Fitnex, a great company; they really stand behind their product.
Very frustrated upon receipt. Box used for shipping had significant damage but the internal elements of the bike appeared to be in good shape. After assembly, bike did not work. Very poor instructions in manual don't support much troubleshooting by the customer. I accidentally contacted the wrong vendor for troubleshooting in preparation to return bike. They advised me that these bikes often have a disconnected wire between the generator sectors (base by the petals) and the display. I ordered a "crank-puller" (at my cost)-- pulled out the crank connected the wire and voila -- works great. I had ordered thru Amazon.com Services LLC -- no help with troubleshooting. Luckily, I reached out to the wrong vendor by accident and got excellent advice. Of cost, I have to add the cost of the crank puller to the final cost, -- and my time. But I certainly did not want to re-package the bike to ship back. Nice quiet ride, good (not superb) display -- I like the bike.
