Shipping was timely . Actual bike has some issues. The buttons to increase resistance popped off. Also seat is wobbly on the track. Seat is small . My old gx 4 was better built. Kind of disappointed in this offering by Nordic Track. No pulse reading as in the past. No speed on display. Would send back if not such a hassle .

I've been thinking about getting a stepmill for a few years now; once my recumbent bike finally bit the dust, I had space for it in my home gym. After looking at a lot of options, I chose the STEPR+ for several reasons- it would fit in my space (vertically and horizontally), I wanted the full LED screen, and the included workouts. I have to say this purchase was worth it. One of my favorite things is that unlike many other home fitness machines, you don't have to buy a separate membership to access the trainer workouts! I've tried several of them and they are fast but effective, and the trainers are upbeat but not annoyingly chirpy (I usually do Natalia or Trace's, but have tried a few others). My 12 year old daughter has started using it, and likes that she can stream Netflix, Prime, or Spotify while she is on it. It's definitely an investment and the most expensive machine I own, so I considered it worth it to also get an extended protection plan. If you're looking for a home stepmill, this is a really top-notch choice- just be very sure you measure your space vertically and horizontally!
I'm happy that I choosed the STER+ over the STEPR Classic since I can watch Netflix on it in a bigger screen rather than using my phone which can be hard to watch. Overall the product is 10/10
Quality of the unit is amazing and easily on par with my peloton gear, quick set-up for what i thought was going to take hours was just under 60mins, the App seems to have regular updates meaning it's only getting better the more i use it.
Since I began my purchasing process, I liked the information on the site. I received my delivery on time and received excellent communication with the staff. The machine setup was fairly easy, but I had an issue aligning the main frame pole component, making the screen crooked. I called STEPR, and they had a technician come out and help with it free of charge. So far, I have been using it daily for 20 days and can already tell a difference in my body composition.

This Self Powered Treadmill is probably the best valued machine for the money and the options, functions, warranty, customer service and outcome for what you can use it for when compared to other machines of this type on the market. Chad C. the owner of the company will do what it takes to answer any questions and solve any problems you might have with how it works or otherwise. I researched these self powered machines for over a year and would buy this again if I needed one. It is quite, smooth, responsive, and will give a workout the moment you step on it that brings results.

I was looking for a manual curved treadmill that I could set up in my home because I really enjoyed my runs while using the manual treadmills found at my gym. I didn't feel it necessary to spend an exorbitant amount of money on it as I would be the only one using it in my home. I was having a tough time finding a more affordable home-use curved treadmill and couldn't commit to the purchase until I came across the CT700. I saw some of the reviews said that their customer service was good so I contacted SB Fitness via website on their open box version of the CT700. Brant was so prompt with his response and to be honest, it made me feel much more comfortable going through with the purchase. Upon making the purchase, I was emailed by Brant who let me know that whilst inventory showed there was an open box available, it was no longer in stock. Instead of cancelling the order, he offered to send me a brand new one at no extra cost! Shipping was quick and seamless. Machine runs really smoothly and is as solid as a tank. Really look forward to using it! 5 Star experience for sure.
