    The SB Fitness Equipment CT700 Self Generated Curved Treadmill ships via freight company, and will be delivered curbside with a scheduled delivery appointment.

    You may return your package/item/merchandise if it is unopened or damaged within 7 days after receiving it under the following criteria:

    1) If you decide you do not want your non-damaged item after you have receive it, and you would like us to make arrangements to have your item returned, you may do so.  There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for returned items (20% of the total cost of the item, excluding tax,) deducted from the total refund, which will be processed within 5 business days from the time we receive it. Alternatively, if you would prefer a store credit or trade-in, you will receive full value instead (20% restocking fee will be waived.) Some items may be required to be securely banded onto a pallet in order to return. 
     
    2) Once you open the box containing your item(s) / merchandise you may not return the item unless there are damages to the item beyond repair that was not evident or obvious when delivery took place.  All merchandise is covered under full warranty, and, if damages were to occur, we will gladly ship you any parts necessary to correct the damages along with a service provider, if necessary to perform repairs, according to the warranty coinciding with the particular item.  If damages are not repairable, we will pick up damaged merchandise and ship you a new item or in some cases let you keep the damaged item and ship you a new item.  Pictures must be taken and emailed to the Home Gym Mall email for proof of such damages.

    Best value for the money

    This Self Powered Treadmill is probably the best valued machine for the money and the options, functions, warranty, customer service and outcome for what you can use it for when compared to other machines of this type on the market. Chad C. the owner of the company will do what it takes to answer any questions and solve any problems you might have with how it works or otherwise. I researched these self powered machines for over a year and would buy this again if I needed one. It is quite, smooth, responsive, and will give a workout the moment you step on it that brings results.

    Quality Manual Treadmill!

    I was looking for a manual curved treadmill that I could set up in my home because I really enjoyed my runs while using the manual treadmills found at my gym. I didn't feel it necessary to spend an exorbitant amount of money on it as I would be the only one using it in my home. I was having a tough time finding a more affordable home-use curved treadmill and couldn't commit to the purchase until I came across the CT700. I saw some of the reviews said that their customer service was good so I contacted SB Fitness via website on their open box version of the CT700. Brant was so prompt with his response and to be honest, it made me feel much more comfortable going through with the purchase. Upon making the purchase, I was emailed by Brant who let me know that whilst inventory showed there was an open box available, it was no longer in stock. Instead of cancelling the order, he offered to send me a brand new one at no extra cost! Shipping was quick and seamless. Machine runs really smoothly and is as solid as a tank. Really look forward to using it! 5 Star experience for sure.

    Fantastic Treadmill!!! Fantastic Customer Service!!

    Ok let’s start with the treadmill, I have been a prior Precor treadmill user for 10 years and I loved it. But the problem is between the computer, deck , belt so many things to break. After getting the CT 700 self generated treadmill I instantaneously fell in love with it!!! It’s really nice to do a long jog then sprint and walk to get your heart going. The machine is smooth , quiet and most of all fun!!! It being a manual treadmill there is less things to break and less maintenance . Which can give you peace of mind for future expenses for the treadmill!! If you put in high resistance and walk an hour you definitely sweat a shirt! Now for the customer service . I don’t think I’ve ever seen a company care about their customers like Chad and Brant!!! I had a couple small issues with my treadmill and they worked diligently to make sure that my problems were solved and assured me that if I any problems should occur in the future they would be there to help me !!!! Now that’s peace of mind ! These guys are great!!
