I was looking for a manual curved treadmill that I could set up in my home because I really enjoyed my runs while using the manual treadmills found at my gym. I didn't feel it necessary to spend an exorbitant amount of money on it as I would be the only one using it in my home. I was having a tough time finding a more affordable home-use curved treadmill and couldn't commit to the purchase until I came across the CT700. I saw some of the reviews said that their customer service was good so I contacted SB Fitness via website on their open box version of the CT700. Brant was so prompt with his response and to be honest, it made me feel much more comfortable going through with the purchase. Upon making the purchase, I was emailed by Brant who let me know that whilst inventory showed there was an open box available, it was no longer in stock. Instead of cancelling the order, he offered to send me a brand new one at no extra cost! Shipping was quick and seamless. Machine runs really smoothly and is as solid as a tank. Really look forward to using it! 5 Star experience for sure.

Arrived within a reasonable amount of time, easy set up, easy to change seat and handelbar position which works out great since it's the wife and I. Has a nice fine tune spin which is nice and quiet. Very pleased with everything.

I have been using this bike now for a little over a week and love it so far! It was very well packaged and very easy to put together. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could in lieu of the 5 that I did because of two items. One, I feel like the handle bars are slightly crooked. It does not affect my workouts, it is just something I notice...I am an engineer and I notice when things aren't parallel or perpendicular and it kind of bugs me. I may try to adjust it if I can, but it is not that big of a deal. Second, I wish the little computer had a light. I like to ride in pretty much darkness (except for the light of the tv in front of me) and it is hard to see the cadence number and I cannot see it at all when I am standing up as it is too far back. I have been doing indoor cycling for years and years and this is just as nice a bike if not better than the ones I would use at the gym. It is so smooth and quiet! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cheaper alternative to the bike/computer/monthly service options (Peloton, MYX, Pro-Form/iFit, etc.). I had narrowed my choice down to this and a Schwinn and am very happy with my choice. FYI, Apple Fitness Plus just came out and I have been using it and the Peloton App for free right now. Both are awesome, but I may end up using the Apple app as it is cheaper when getting the yearly subscription and has great interface with my apple watch. It is crazy to buy the bikes with the monthly subscription as it is so expensive when you add up the real cost of everything.

Love this bike!Took about 40mins to assemble, very easy to do. Rides extremely smooth, good display monitor, good handlebar position options. I am 5' 2" have no problem with the design for my height. Very happy with my purchase arrived 8 days after placing my order will definitely use this company again to add to home gym.

Delivery was great and set up was easy. I’ve been walking on treadmill for years, just went an hour on this and I can feel all new muscles in legs, glute and core. The time flew by, not boring like a treadmill. The CT700 is a beast and a great product for half the price of most others I demo’s. Customer service/ support answered me on a Saturday while setting it up. I would 100% recommend this product to all and anyone thinking of switching from a traditional powered treadmill.
